Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of Condition
To process any return or refund, we require an unboxing video recorded when opening the package. This video should clearly show:
- The unopened parcel upon arrival.
- The product inside, showing any damage, defects, or incorrect items if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items, such as personal care products and items marked as final sale, cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
